Saints House is our live in housing program that provides safe and stable housing for youth who have aged out of foster care ages 18-23.

PIT Scholars

PIT Scholars is our mentoring and success coaching program offered to youth who have been impacted by the foster care system. Youth receive emergency funding, incentives and individualized mentoring and training from Success Coaches who facilitate weekly guidance for career and life roadmaps

Lifeskill training

We offer monthly workshops, each tailored to address specific aspects of independent living. From budgeting and time management to communication and self-care, our workshops cover a spectrum of essential life skills. Our engaging and interactive sessions empower youth to build a foundation for a successful future.

Wrap Around Resources

The PIT is dedicated to collaborating with our community to connect the youth with referrals and readily available resources that will quickly provide the assistance needed to address any barriers hindering them from triumphing. A system of TYS, caseworkers, community organizations and success coaches all working together to help better the life of the young adult
